I was Alerted to this page which gave an amazing summary of LGBT developments over the past month. News Briefs for the month of April included:

The Equality Forum in Philadelphia begins April 30, lasting until April 6. The Forum annually provides an opportunity for the community to discuss issues on the national and international levels ranging from same-sex marriage to justice in Palestine. Personally, I love it for the simple fact that the City of Philadelphia hangs Equality Forum banners sporting the pride flag around the city and City Hall itself.

Iowa, New Hampshire and Eureka, Arkansas have passed same-sex and civil union laws.
